Privacy policy for DAILY ROM

Last updated: 22 October 2026

DAILY ROM (dailyrom.games and the DAILY ROM Android app) is run by New Game Solutions Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia. It offers one free puzzle per game per day. There are no accounts, no logins and no ads.

What stays on your device

The games save your progress, streaks, best results, settings and today's attempts in your browser or app storage. This includes a random ID that is not linked to your name, email or any account. You can clear it at any time by clearing the site's data.

What we collect

When you finish a puzzle, the game sends one anonymous result to our database, hosted by Supabase: which game, the puzzle date, your random ID, whether you solved it, and the game's two result numbers (for example time or score). It is used only to show lines such as "You were faster than 68% of players today". The database cannot be read by visitors, only summarised.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or advertising ID. We do not use analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

Links to other sites

The site links to Ko-fi (optional tips) and Steam. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Anything you do there is between you and them.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Children

DAILY ROM is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

Clearing your browser or app data removes your random ID from your device. Because results are anonymous, we cannot tell which stored results are yours. To ask a question or request removal, contact chris.karageorge85@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change.
